The following disclaimers apply to all services provided by VegasRebate.com. Please read them carefully before using our rebate calculator, submitting a lead form, or engaging with any of our partner agents.
Calculator Estimates Only
The rebate amounts displayed on our calculators are estimates based on a 0.5% commission rebate of the projected purchase price. Actual rebate amounts will vary based on the final negotiated purchase price, the commission offered by the seller, lender approval and guidelines, the terms of your buyer-agent agreement, and applicable state and local regulations.
Lender Approval Required
All rebates are subject to approval by the buyer's mortgage lender. Certain loan programs β including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac β impose limits on Interested Party Contributions (IPCs). If your lender restricts the full rebate from being applied to closing costs, your partner agent will attempt to negotiate an equivalent price reduction. However, the full rebate value is not guaranteed if prohibited by your loan program or lender policy.
